Stellenbeschreibung

Being responsible for the O&M and Asset Management proceedings for medium/large scale chemical processing assets (H2 production, H2 purification, Ammonia cracking, refueling facilities). More specifically:

• Support project development efforts (PRE-FID activities) in setting up O&M concepts.
• Supporting engineering, permitting and procurement processes.
• Executing the O&M concepts. Make or buy decisions. Supporting procurement in negotiating LTSA contracts and third parties O&M contracts.
• Technical Asset Management of such facilities.
• Setting up the EH2 O&M general standards / processes, leveraging other E.On operational entities experiences / processes.
• Liasing with H&S team, steering the H&S content of the specifications and contracts with sub-suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders (PRE and POST FID).

Qualifications

• Chemical / Mechanical / Process Engineering background (or equivalent).
• More than 5 years working experience in Operation and Maintenance / Asset Management of a chemical / process / energy generation plant (ideally related to H2 or Ammonia).
• Very good understanding H&S related standards & requirements.
• Experience of setting up/leasing with Remote Control Centers beneficial.
• Readiness for business trip in Europe.
• Fluently written and spoken English and German.
• Experience in SEVESO sites preferable.
• Experience Automation IT-OT preferable.
• High level of initiative and a conscientious way of working.
• Excellent communication capabilities and emotional intelligence.
