What you'll do: As a Security Infrastructure Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client's major office relocation programme. You will lead by example, demonstrating best practice approach to security policies and procedures. Your role will involve extensive collaboration with both internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring that all aspects of physical security are meticulously planned, managed, and implemented. You will also be responsible for coordinating all associated security elements, including any necessary changes to existing policies and procedures. Key responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership of the Programme’s security function
  • Plan and manage the physical security infrastructure for the new Head Office
  • Coordinate all aspects of associated security, including changes to policies and procedures
  • Manage relationships with contractors to ensure all security management requirements are met
  • Ensure alignment of changes to security business processes with the new Head Office security environment
  • Develop strong relationships with other key Programme functions and business teams
What you bring:
  • Extensive experience in physical security infrastructure development and implementation
  • Strong knowledge of government Protective Security Requirements
  • Experience in planning and managing certification and accreditation processes
  • Ability to work in partnership with a range of internal and external subject matter experts
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with key suppliers while maintaining robust monitoring responsibilities
