You will be part of a team working in our Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions which are becoming increasingly aligned as we refine our processes and introduce technology to automate and streamline tasks. Accounts Receivable is currently comparatively “hands on” and a key part of the role is manual processing of livestock transactions. In contrast, our Accounts Payable function is extensively automated by our Basware P2P application and instances of Robotic Process Automation. In both workstreams you'll thrive on the chance to closely collaborate with farm staff, business managers, and customers. Teamwork and creating strong relationships across the business are a given as we innovate to develop an efficient and reliable transaction processing team. About You If you're enthusiastic about improving processes and ready to use your Finance experience to make change, this role could be perfect for you. We need people with a passion for process improvement and imagining how to deploy technology to complete manual tasks e.g. data entry. Your background will be in Finance, and you will be able to demonstrate a flair for using new systems and processes. You might be studying for an accounting qualification, or maybe you are just looking for that next step in your career. The following types of experience would be relevant, but we don’t expect you to tick every box:

1. Worked in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
2. Exposure to introducing technology to streamline processes
3. Study towards an accounting qualification
4. Familiarity with Power BI and Robotic Process Automation ("RPA")
