Job details
The ideal candidate should be detailed-oriented and highly organized Sales Administrative Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by efficiently handling administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, contributing to overall team success.Duties & Responsibilities:Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasksPrepare and maintain sales reports and documentations.Process quotations and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.Communicate with clients regarding order status and updates.Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfilment.Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and maintain positive relationships with clients.Maintain and update records in the system.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in administrative role, preferably in sales environment.Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably with accounting backgroundExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and CRM software preferably in SAPAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamAttributes:Dynamic and adaptable, able to thrive in a rapidly changing work environment.Results-driven with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.Self-motivated and flexible to adapt changes in processes and proceduresAbility to think critically and propose solutions to challenges.High level of integrity and ethical behavior.Job Type: Full-timeApplication Question(s):This is an urgent requirement, can you join immediately?
