Skills, knowledge & experience:You have a bachelor's degree in engineering or industrial engineering, or a college degree combined with several years of experience in methods and/or quality teams, particularly in quality assurance, project management, problem solving, and/or continuous improvement.You have excellent management skills.You demonstrate good judgment, flexibility, results-oriented mindset, and can work with minimal supervision under tight deadlines.You have a great sense of initiative and are ready to work with a winning team.You possess strong organizational skills and excellent technical knowledge.You have a talent for communication and leadership.You can work under pressure with minimal supervision.You possess good communication skills in English (bilingualism is an asset).Please note: You don't need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
