Policy Development: Develop and implement PMO policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and quality in project delivery.Portfolio Oversight: Provide oversight and management of the entire project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with strategic priorities.Resource Allocation: Ensure optimal allocation of resources across projects to maximize efficiency and impact.Stakeholder Strategy & Executive Reporting: Manage stakeholder engagement and provide executive reporting to hold people accountable to meeting commitments and previously-made agreements.Decision Making: Drive decisions and actions related to project management.Language Requirement: Bilingual in Arabic & English is a must.Skills and Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.10+ years of professional experience.Strategic Planning: Define the strategic direction for the PMO in alignment with the ITU's objectives and the goals of the PP 2026.Vision Development: Develop a clear vision for the PMO, ensuring it supports the successful delivery of the conference and future organizational goals.Governance Structures: Establish and oversee robust governance structures to ensure project alignment with strategic objectives.
