Eram Talent is currently looking for a highly skilled Specialist, Load Dispatch Center (LDC) SCADA to join our client's team. Our client is a leading company in the energy sector, and Eram Talent, a division of ERAM Group, is a renowned Talent Acquisition Consultancy that specializes in providing exceptional recruitment solutions for various industries, including energy, utilities, and infrastructure.As a Specialist, Load Dispatch Center (LDC) SCADA, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems within the Load Dispatch Center. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of the power grid. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional who has strong technical expertise in SCADA systems and is passionate about contributing to the energy sector.Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement SCADA systems for Load Dispatch Center operations Monitor and analyze real-time data from SCADA systems to ensure the stability and reliability of the power grid Identify and resolve issues related to SCADA systems and power grid operations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize SCADA system performance and enhance overall efficiency Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and cybersecurity best practices in SCADA operations Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades of SCADA systems to ensure their optimal performance Manage and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support Prepare accurate reports and documentation related to SCADA system operations Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in SCADA technology Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCADA system design, implementation, and maintenance Strong technical expertise in SCADA systems and related technologies Excellent knowledge of power grid operations and relevant industry standards Experience with utility-scale energy projects is highly desirable Proficiency in programming languages, such as C++, Python, or Java Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in SCADA systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Professional certifications in SCADA systems or relevant fields are a plus BenefitsSalary is not a constraint ,company is looking for right candidate .
