CCDS, a leading provider of advanced cybersecurity solutions, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Saudi Digital Transformation and Innovation Specialist to join our team. As the Senior Saudi Digital Transformation and Innovation Specialist at CCDS, you will drive digital transformation initiatives and help our clients leverage the latest technologies to innovate and stay ahead in the market.In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, identify opportunities for digital transformation, and develop strategic plans to implement innovative solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and deliver digital transformation projects that drive business growth and enhance customer experience.ResponsibilitiesLead and drive digital transformation initiatives, helping clients adopt and implement cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutionsCollaborate with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and identify digital transformation opportunitiesDevelop strategic roadmaps and plans for digital transformation projects, aligning them with business objectivesWork with cross-functional teams to design and deliver innovative solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growthStay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in digital transformation and innovationProvide guidance and recommendations to clients on digital transformation strategies and best practicesMonitor and evaluate the progress and impact of digital transformation projects, ensuring successful implementation and achievement of desired outcomesCollaborate with stakeholders to drive the cultural and organizational changes necessary for successful digital transformationConduct training and workshops to enhance digital capabilities and promote innovation within the organizationRequirementsSaudi Nationality is required Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 7 years of experience in digital transformation and innovation roles, with a focus on driving technological change and innovationProven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering innovative solutionsStrong knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, cloud computing, and data analyticsExperience in assessing business needs, identifying opportunities, and developing strategic roadmaps for digital transformationExcellent problem-solving and analytical skillsStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentRelevant certifications in digital transformation and innovation are highly recommendedBenefitsPrivate Family Health Insurance, Class APaid Time OffPerformance BonusGOSI will cover from Company side
