What you ll do:• Identify and Secure New Investment Opportunities: Proactively identify potential real estate assets and projects for onboarding and distribution on our platform. This includes interfacing with real estate developers, landowners, landlords, fund managers, brokers and property managers as well as all other government and private sector organizations involved in real estate development (e.g. REGA, RER, etc.).• Develop and Manage Strategic Partnerships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders in the real estate sector to secure partnership deals that align with our business objectives.Strategic Planning and Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for continuous partnership development and efficient project onboarding. Ensure strategies are aligned with the company s growth objectives and market trends.• Negotiation and Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with potential partners, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with investors interests and our strategic goals. Oversee the deal closure process, from negotiation to signing.• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand current trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the real estate sector.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Transactions, Investor Relations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Product teams to ensure a seamless integration of new real estate projects and partnerships into our platform.• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, making adjustments to strategies as necessary to meet business objectives. What we re looking for:• Minimum 5 years of experience in a partnerships or business development role, preferably within the real estate sector.• Minimum of a Bachelor s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field.• A strategic thinker with a strong background in real estate, partnerships, or business development.• Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and securing partnership deals within the real estate sector.• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and negotiate with high-level stakeholders.• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform decision-making.• Ability to work independently and in a team environment, with a high degree of initiative and flexibility.• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.• Fluency in English & Arabic is essential Why you should join Stake:• Hybrid work environment• Work directly with senior leadership in one of the region s fastest growing start-ups; you will get exposure to all functions at Stake and have the chance to learn from the very best in the space!• Generous equity compensation; this aims to bring a high degree of ownership into your work.
