Reporting to: Senior Creative Director - Head of Creative Services Main duties
- Produce best in class creative and strategic thinking across key projects in the business
- Nurturing and maintaining client relationships
- To instil and maintain the agencies ethics, standards and values throughout the Creative Department
- To ensure client strategies, proposals and new business activity are supported with the highest creative standards and pitch-winning ideas where possible
- To have and share a knowledge of ‘latest’ creative and industry trends and techniques to keep our work cutting edge and stimulate a more creative spirit/culture within the agency’s office environment
- Visible and available to your team and the wider agency
- Interpret, understand, interrogate a client/brand or internal creative briefs and implement autonomously or as a leader of a creative team
- Ability to analyse and communicate the creative output in relation to timelines
- Prepare and present quality creative documents for internal and client presentations
- Comprehensive understanding of clients brand and products
- To have a good knowledge of cultural and technological advances and trends
- To demonstrate a desire and willingness to increase professional responsibilities, skills and understanding of broader market issues
- Keep accurate administration through timesheets, filing and version control
- Understanding of all key Creative Software, Adobe and beyond.
