Employee Relations Manager

My client is a leading global technology provider with over 2,000 employees. They are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Manager to join the team. This role will be on an initial fixed-term basis (12 months). You will report into the HR Director and be responsible for managing the ER function across EMEA. Responsibilities:
- Lead the Employee Relations function - this includes management of a small ER team.
- Partner closely with stakeholders from across the business - being able to provide coaching and guidance on complex ER issues.
- Work closely with the HR Director to help to develop the ER roadmap and drive the ER agenda across the business.
- You will play a hands-on role with regards to managing senior/complex ER issues across EMEA.
- Drive best practice across the business - this will involve delivering training sessions and updating the ER framework.
- Utilising HR data and reporting to influence decisions.
- 7-10 years of Employee Relations experience.
- A proven background in working for global/matrixed organisations.
- Significant EMEA based ER experience.
- Prior team leadership (even if only 1-2 people).
- A comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework in the UK.
- A competitive base salary (£75,000-£80,000 dependent on experience).
