We are hiring Senior HRIS Analyst!! Join the core group of founding members at the NTE India to build an organization from the ground up. Job Summary The HRIS Specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) in addition to other systems used by the People Department. This role involves ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned areas. The HRIS Specialist will also work closely with areas within the People Department including Total Rewards & Operations, Payroll, and Information Technology (IT) to improve processes and implement system enhancements. Key Responsibilities: HRIS Management:

  • Maintain and update the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Regularly review and manage data flows between the HRIS and integrated systems to
  • detect and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions.
  • Coordinate with IT and vendors for system upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
  • Work closely with vendor(s) as needed for troubleshooting, projects, and updates.
  • Build and maintain backend reports within the HRIS platform to support data-driven decision-making and provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
User Support and Training:
  • Provide ongoing support to HR staff and other system users, addressing any questions or
  • issues related to the HRIS.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users and provide refresher training as needed.
  • Create and maintain user guides and documentation.
Process Optimization and Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency through better
  • use of the HRIS.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to implement process improvements and
  • system enhancements.
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is created and maintained for system functionality, configuration, and changes.
  • Stay current with HRIS best practices and emerging technologies.
Project Management:
  • Lead or participate in HRIS-related projects, such as system implementations,
  • migrations, and upgrades.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working with HRIS systems, such as ADP, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG or similar. ADP Enterprise and ADP Workforce Now experience strongly preferred. Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence technology including PowerBI.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Understanding of HR processes and data management principles.
  • Handles confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a wide variety of customers, Company personnel and others.
