Senior Sales for Government/S&M/Hospitality Job Summary / Purpose 2C2S.com is looking for a qualified Call Center Senior Sales/Account Manager who will take on the responsibility of exploring the market, targeting potential clients, closing deals, and maintaining contracts with us. The sales professional should have a basic knowledge of the call center business and possess strong sales skills. Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Winning new clients: Ability to approach new prospects either by sending letters or arranging meetings with them. Ability to understand customer needs and build a business case for it. The ability to identify key people in the account and understand the decision-making process. Managing proposals with the team. Closing deals with clients.
2. Maintaining existing clients: Understand existing clients and maintain regular contact. Secure contract renewals and ensure client satisfaction. Frequent visits to clients to secure payments and deliver reports.
3. Good Skills in CRM Software and Social Media Management: Knowledge of social media marketing skills and strategies to reach clients. Experience with CRM systems and ability to generate reports.

Qualifications:

1. Personal Skills: Highly motivated and goal-oriented. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Experience and Skills: Strong proficiency in English and Arabic. 3 years of experience in the sales field. Experience in the service industry.
