For more information, you can check us out on: - Website: - YouTube channel: - Instagram: Job Description: As a Business Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our business, through selling student accommodation memberships, co-living stays, short term stays. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing client relationships. Your goal will be to increase revenue & occupancy, expand our market presence, and drive sustainable business growth. Key Responsibilities: Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive insights. Utilize this information to develop targeted strategies for business expansion. Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and prioritize them for further engagement. Visits: Show arounds and Rapport building with clients Content: Shoot content and keep Google and Instagram Page updated Client Acquisition: Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by effectively managing leads and opportunities through the sales cycle. Proposal Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Ensure that proposals align with the company's capabilities and objectives. Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their business needs and providing solutions that add value. Negotiation and Closure: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to achieve win-win agreements. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to support business objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience. Reporting and Analysis: Track sales activities, pipeline progress, and key performance metrics. Provide regular reports and insights to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications: o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). o Proven track record of success in sales or business development roles. o Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. o Ability to think strategically and identify growth opportunities. o Excellent time management and organizational abilities. o Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. o Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment. o Knowledge of the industry and market trends is a plus.
