Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 05/07/2024 · Attends properly to staff /visitorscatering requirements and food and beverage requests · Prepares food items such assandwiches, salads, fruits, soups, and beverages · Inspects balconies/Pantries toensure that they contain the required items according to daily setup · Removes used empty cups , dishes,glasses from the staff desks and service area when necessary or as advised fromthe balcony, meeting rooms and employee work stations · Cleans and sterilizes kitchenutensils and equipment · Loads balcony/pantries and meetingrooms with accessories such as utensils & napkins · Stocks service pantries/balconywith items such as ice, napkins, and straws etc. and ensures inventory isconducted on the same · Follows food preparation andserving techniques to ensure that proper procedures are followed · Ensures proper handling ofequipment, prevents loss, damage and breakage to assets and goods. · Reports missing items and breakageto the assigned supervisor. · Maintains hygienic and clean workenvironment. · Maintains personal hygiene andassigned uniform as per the Authority standards. · Prepare monthly inventory ofkitchen daily supply · Liaises with the assignedSupervisor for the procurement of food and beverages. · The ability to act friendly,Courteous and efficiently · Understand the effective role ofteamwork. · Motivated and enthusiastic. · Availability to provide coverduring periods of sickness and holidays. · Understanding of own behavior. · Professional, and helpful to staffand visitors. · Presents himself well groomed &clean · E xperienceno less than five years in hotels, VIP companies or hospitality companiesRequirementsExcellent supervisionskills · Excellent Microsoft officeknowledge ( Excel , PowerPoint…)
