Meath School Permanent contract Full time (35 hours per week), working term time plus up to 3 weeks of work during school closure periods to be used flexibly throughout the year 10 weeks/ 50 days FTE holiday per year! Annual salary: £36,064 – £39,712 per annum dependent on experience Part time applications will also be considered. We are looking for an enthusiastic forward-thinking Speech and Language Therapist who wants to use their skills and knowledge in a specialist educational setting from Reception to end of Key Stage 2. Child contact time is maximised so that our pupils achieve the best possible outcomes at Meath School through a holistic approach. You will be school based and will be responsible for assessing, planning and delivering individualised intervention programmes for a defined caseload. You will work with children individually or in small groups in specialist therapy spaces and within classroom based sessions to enable them to access the curriculum and promote meaningful engagement in school based tasks. You will be involved in training, CPD opportunities and outreach programmes. You will enjoy the chance to work within a well-resourced department and as part of a strong and supportive multi-disciplinary team of Teachers, Therapists, Learning Support Assistants, an Educational Psychologist and Residential Care Officers.
