We will count on you to:
  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Qlik sense / PowerBI / Qlik NPrinting to analyse data and provide actionable insights to the business team.
  • Develop strong business understanding in order to identify, appreciate and interpret KPIs to be tracked
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across all levels, understand business objectives and make sure any analysis and findings are aligned to those business objectives
  • Deliver high quality deliverable ahead or as per committed timeline, uses peer-to-peer review process and end-user consultation to reduce report writing errors and rework.
  • Support on complex analysis requests from various business areas to provide insight on specific areas of interest on a regular as well as ad-hoc basis.
  • Collect and document reporting / Dashboard requirements from requestors to ensure appropriate creation of reports and analyses.
  • Provide regular important updates, keep manager / reviewer informed of progress of deliverables proactively and anticipate and flag any challenges or risks
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering / Analytics or master’s degree in Statistics/Computer Applications/ IT/Analytics /any discipline related to Data Analytics along with 3-5 years of progressive experience in same field.
  • Ability to understand business logic and create efficient, clean and scalable data models.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Qlik Sense is highly preferred. Mastery of Qlik's suite of products, including data loading, scripting, and creating dashboards and visualizations is required.
  • Proficiency in designing efficient and scalable data models that support business intelligence and analytics requirements.
  • Expertise in SQL for querying and managing databases and understanding database design principles.
  • Knowledge of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to prepare and integrate data from various sources.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, understand their needs, and present findings effectively.
  • Commitment to staying updated with the latest developments in Qlik technologies and industry best practices
  • Project management skills to plan, execute, and deliver Qlik projects on time and within scope.
  • Aptitude for troubleshooting and solving complex data-related issues and performance bottlenecks.
  • Superior critical thinking skills with an ability to understand the business problem, and structure it to identify relevant dataset and answer through a strong visual storyboard
  • Proficiency in using Qlik NPrinting for report generation, including designing, scheduling, and distributing pixel-perfect reports
  • Ability to ‘tell the story’ i.e. surfacing insights by connecting KPI performance
  • Collaborative approach to work, in order to work with global setup with multiple stakeholders
