About The Opportunity Role Summary Your role will be to support effective decision-making by analyzing data from various sources and communicating your insight in a clear and digestible format. You will need to collaborate with a variety of different teams within the business, whether that is user research, product managers, or your fellow data-driven colleagues; you need to enjoy working in partnership with like-minded people. 1. Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
2. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.
3. Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as required.
4. Engage with key stakeholders to understand the business vision, requirements, priorities, and help translate these into actionable insights.
5. Analyze trends in data and provide insight and explanation.
6. Form recommendations for business performance improvement projects.
7. Lead business projects and project reports on a periodic basis.

What Did We Order?

1. Bachelor's degree (Data Analysis is a plus).
2. 2-4 years’ experience working as a Data Analyst / Project Manager.
3. A problem solver with a deep analytical mindset.
4. A critical thinker, with very strong attention to detail.
5. Project Management Skills.
6. The ability to communicate complex findings to key stakeholders in a clear, simple way.
7. Fluent English (written and spoken) (Arabic is a plus).
8. Good knowledge of Excel/GSheets and Looker/Tableau.
9. A pragmatic, commercial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity.
10. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
11. Experience in working in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
12. Strong motivation with the ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines.
