Job Profile:• To ensure a strong retail network of AI in the area.• To train farmers and technicians on how to properly handle and thaw frozen semen and inseminate cows.• Develop routes and advise franchisees and the sales team on ensuring cost-effectiveness.• To achieve AI monthly sales targets.• Planning and executing farmer meetings and other promotional activities to enhance our Genetics business unit.Job SpecificationSuitable candidates should have:• Sargodha domiciled candidates are encouraged to work with an Agricultural MNC.• Academic Qualification of DVM or equivalent.• AI sales experience with knowledge of global AI trends and semen care/handling.• Selling & people skills with the capacity to think strategically.• Proficiency in computer software tools with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
