We're recruiting 'Facility Manager' for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for someone who is responsible for providing technical support to the project on all Facilities Systems.Key Responsibilities:Own the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies, procedures, and protocols for the Facilities services (inc. Permit to Work System and Emergency Procedures).Lead the Maintenance activities of the department by providing specialist engineering knowledge and advice associated with the full range of building services.Prepare and provide management reports in a timely manner.Plan, coordinate, and supervise in-house staff, consultants, and specialist service contractors.Requirements:Education: Degree in Facilities EngineeringExperience: 15+ years' experience in a facilities/maintenance role and 10+ years' experience in managing teams of technicians
