WHAT WE BELIEVEWe believe in inclusion, we believe in self-expression, we believe in no judgement and we believe in individualism.WHO WE AREWe are bold, we are tenacious, we are courageous and brave.We are a cast of characters;We embrace our differences and we share our likenesses.Some of What’s in it for You!New and freshly renovated offices, designed and built to the LEED Silver environmental standardFree CoffeeSummer FridaysPaid Personal DaysGenerous Benefit PackageEmployee Assistance ProgramEmployee Loyalty Reward ProgramGenerous welcome giftCompany eventsAs the Traffic Coordinator, as a key member of the Supply Chain team, you will act as the primary contact for both internal and external business partners while preparing various documents pertaining to importing and exporting goods on a global level.Some of What You’ll Do:Act as our primary contact for both internal and external business partners, for such activities:Arrange Exports/warehouse transfer shipments and communicate to follow up with our DC’s to ensure and arrange deliveries to our 3PL warehouses globally- including cross border shipmentsPrepare all necessary export and custom documents.Prepare accurate documentation for Fish and wildlife products.Monitor and process export shipment bookings and coordinate shipment deliveries with freight forwarders, transport, and warehouse partners.Distribute documents to our custom’s broker to ensure custom’s clearance.Communicate with partners to ensure pickup and delivery schedules are met.Find the most cost-effective transportation options to move goods.Process Canadian duty drawbacksMay Work on goods classification (HTS code)Coordinate and follow up with Canadian 3PL for Canadian store shipments.Prepare documentation for any one-time shipment for global move via FedEx or UPSHandles samples shipments via UPS/FedExPerform other tasks related to his / her area of expertise as needed.Some of What You’ll need:Experience in the apparel and fashion industry is preferred.3 to 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain/Logistics is an asset.Detail-oriented, results-driven and a team player, Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently but can work well within a team environment.Strong follow up skills, organized, efficient, attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and OutlookExperience with USA Fish and Wildlife is an asset.Bilingual - English and French.Some of Who You Are:Detail-oriented, results-driven and a team player, Flexible, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently but can work well within a team environment.Strong follow up skills, organized, efficient, attention to detail.Good interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Moose Knuckles is a Canadian company headquartered in Montreal and operating in North America, Europe and Asia.
