- Develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and specifications for E/E modules.
- Collaborate with software developers, Requirement engineers, and other stakeholders to understand the functionality and performance expectations.
- Responsible for execution of various types of testing, including functional, integration, regression, and performance testing on E/E ECU.
- Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure software quality.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Work closely with development teams to reproduce bugs, provide detailed bug reports, and verify bug fixes.
- Generate detailed test reports, summarizing test results, defects, and overall software quality.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to report on test progress, results, and any issues observed.
- Bachelor’s/ master’s degree in electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Willingness and authority to drive problems to a solution.
- Must have the ability to operate under intense time pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communications and organizational skills.
- Responsible, independent, and structured way of working.
- Experience/background in project management or team leadership is a plus.
- Experience & knowledge of Automotive and has passion for electric vehicles.
- Knowledge of project management processes and methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum.
- Certification in software testing (e.g. ISTQB).
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 26262, ASPICE).
- Experience with electric vehicle diagnostic tools and communication protocols.
