Process Development Lead

KisoJi Biotechnology is a therapeutic antibody company that is developing mono and multispecific anti-cancer antibody therapies. We are leveraging our state-of-the-art proprietary transgenic mouse (KisoMouse TM) platform for the generation of heavy chain antibody-only antibodies (HCABs). The unique properties of the KisoBody multispecific antibody platform allow for plug-and-play generation of multifunctional antibodies targeting different mechanisms of action. KisoJi is currently expanding its team, which is responsible for the expression, purification, and analytical characterization of the various antibodies and antibody formats that are being generated.Specifically, we are looking to hire:A Team Lead who will be a key component of the management team andIs actively involved in the design of final therapeutic moleculesWho is an expert in the purification and analytical characterization of proteins, especially antibodies and multispecific antibodiesIs responsible for ensuring that proteins/antibodies - are manufacturable -have appropriate stability, potency, and biological function -can be reproducibly expressed and purified in batches of high qualityIs data drivenIs responsible for managing a team of 4-5 scientists and research associates who carry out expression, purification, and analytical characterization of these antibody candidates; overseeing external collaborations and handling contracts with CROs and CDMOs; coordinating interaction of team members with project teamsCandidates must· hold a PhD in Biochemistry, Protein Engineering or related field· have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the core areas of responsibilityPosition offers· possibility to balance remote and local/in company activity, as needed by the work· compensation commensurable with experience and responsibilitiesThank you for your interest.
