About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager to join the team at our Bras N Things Bundoora Store. This is a part-time position at 30 hours/week.

• Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs.
• Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes.
• The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions.
• Understanding of Stock Management processes and can prioritise tasks.
• Previous experience coaching and providing on the spot feedback with your team.
