Role Summary  The Amazon Specialist is responsible for setting up and optimizing ad campaigns, managing PPC efforts, conducting keyword research, and troubleshooting campaign-related issues. Duties and Responsibilities

• Seller Central Management: Full management of the Seller Central account, including handling cases and escalating issues to Amazon as needed.
• Campaign Management : Assist in executing successful online marketing campaigns, focusing on PPC, SEO, and listing optimization.
• Product Listing : Create and maintain optimized product listings.
• Keyword Research : Conduct regular audits on product listings to optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, pricing, keywords, and other relevant details.
• Shipping & Reimbursements : FBA reimbursement claims and shipment reconciliation.
• Inventory Management : Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet demand, monitoring inventory to avoid stockouts or overstock.
• Reporting : Maintain records of spend, revenue, and inventory levels. Generate performance reports regularly.

Who YOU Are

• Experienced in PPC campaigns, preferably with DTC experience.
• Proficient in Amazon Seller Central and Microsoft Office Suite.
• A flexible thinker open to feedback and able to work with strategic direction.
• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Qualifications

• Experience in PPC and SEO, preferably in a DTC environment.
• Preferred experience working with U.S. or European companies in a cross-cultural setting.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
