About The Role: A sought-after, multi-award winning architecture practice known for their community focused and socially conscience housing projects are looking for a Project Architect with strong experience in multi-unit residential schemes to join their team. You will be an integral part of the team and support and manage design and delivery through all RIBA stages. On offer is the opportunity to be part of a studio at the forefront of housing sector and be involved in design led projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative and innovative design ideas for housing and mixed-use schemes
  • Contribute to technical design reviews
  • Lead projects through initial design stages and subsequent RIBA stages
  • Lead the creation of design drawings and documents
Key Skills/Requirements:
  • A degree and Masters in architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of all work stages and level of detail required for each RIBA stage
  • ARB Registered or overseas equivalent
  • 5+years’ experience
  • Excellent Revit experience (minimum 5years) with technical focus abilities
  • Excellent design and technical detailing skills
  • Experience leading UK housing projects
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Client management skills
  • Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
