• HAVING VALID DRIVER LICENSE and CAR is a MUST.

• The job is COMMISSION BASED with attractive commission structure based on performance.

• Listing of available properties for sale or rent on the various companies' platforms, i.e.: property websites and social media platforms.
• Promotion of properties through advertisements and listing services.
• Consulting with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
• Providing guidance and assistance to interested buyers, sellers and tenants.
• Assisting clients in negotiation, pricing, mortgage processes, legal requirements, and all other related matters, whilst ensuring fair and honest dealings.
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, lease agreements and other related documentations).
• Maintain and update an extensive database of all property listings for sale or rent.
• Conduct background checks on prospective tenants.
• Offer suggestions to marketing departments on ways to effectively promote and advertise properties.
• Travel around to various properties to perform inspections or show properties to potential clients.
• Drive prospective customers to and from various leasing sites throughout the community.
