Job Overview: MM Nova Tech is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer support and service through chat or call, and the ability to effectively coordinate with internal teams. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive timely and effective support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues via chat, email, and phone support.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with other support team members and departments to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and provide feedback to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Training & Development: Stay updated with the latest technologies and tools to provide the best support possible.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in support and customer service, preferably through chat or call channels.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with common IT issues, troubleshooting techniques, and support tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and coordinate with different departments.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
