Senior Executive, Retail

Job Purpose: To assist the unit in the preparation of Retail Asset Management Division (RAMD) financial reporting, annual operating plan, management paper, and financial deck; and responsible for statutory financial requirements and management account of the assigned entity. Responsibilities:

• Updating the monthly RAMD report
• Preparation of RAMD financial report deck with analysis
• Preparation of quarterly BAC deck
• Preparation of Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
• Analysis on actual vs budget

• Compilation of data or info
• Drafting the management paper
• Preparation of deck
• Follow up approval of management paper

• Account Payable and Account Receivable bookkeeping
• Preparation of monthly closing and Management Account
• Reconciliation of intercompany balances, bank balances
• Preparation of notes to Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
• Preparation of tax filing pack for yearly tax submission
• Preparation of draft Audited Report
• Liaison with auditors, tax agent, and other stakeholders

• Timely prepare the RAMD report and assist on AOP preparation
• Ensure Management/Board Paper including deck prepared with effective presentation of the info
• Close monthly management accounts within the stipulated deadline with the completed audit schedules
• Ensure Audited Financial Report and tax filing submitted on time

• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Excel/Word. Experience in ThinkCell is an advantage.
• Good command in English writing.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Good attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and interaction skills.
• 4 to 6 years of working experience.
• 2 to 4 years in Finance Position.
• Professional qualification e.g. MIA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA/ICAEW is an advantage.
