Daily work responsibilities for this position: · Exceeding expectations to our diverse client baseProfessional and effective correspondence with clients, regulatory agencies, lawyers, engineers, surveyors and industry peers· Coordination of projects with our experienced land administration and land agent teams· Effective communication and direction to teams· Consultation and acquisition for various surface interests· Manage all aspects of a project from Public consultation, ROW acquisition, regulatory compliance, construction and reclamation and land requirements for regulatory filingsSkillset of the successful candidate:· High level of integrity and ethics Exceptional reporting and management skillsStrong computer skills and proficient using Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity, confidence and commitment to work on linear projectsAbility to multi-task and prioritize a variety of urgent tasks· Field experience with surface land acquisitions, construction attendance· Rural and Urban field experience with acquisitions and third-party agreements· Excellent analytical, problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsHighly organized with meticulous attention to detail and accuracyPositive, friendly, and professional interaction with co-workers and clientsExperience using Spin II, ETS, OneStop, EDS system, ILRR, myLTSA, CORES, and ISCKnowledge of First Nations/Metis Consultation process Experience with Regulatory Acts and their corresponding guidelines, including but not limited to AER, BCER, AUC, CER, and Land and Property Rights Tribunal· Experience with attendance before various Boards and Authorities is a benefit but not requiredWhat you need:· Land Agent Diploma or similar alternative · Valid Alberta Land Agents License (preferred)· Valid Driver’s License· Valid Commissioners for Oaths in the Western ProvincesWhat we offer:Hybrid working model, to embrace a flexible approach to work, combining remote and office-based arrangements to support your work-life balance and enhance productivity.Career development and advancement opportunities, because we value our employees and want to help you succeed by providing training and resources.Competitive compensation, so you'll be rewarded for your hard work and skills.Comprehensive benefits, so you can have peace of mind about your health, dental, and other needs.Generous vacation time, because we believe in work-life balance and giving you time to recharge.Paid sick days, because we understand that everyone gets sick and you shouldn't have to worry about lost income.Bonus structure, because we want to recognize and reward exceptional performance.Company-matched RRSP, because we want to help you save for your future and retirement.Thank you for considering Progress Land Services.
