Job Summary Are you passionate about product management? Are you an expert in supply chain finance and working capital? Do you have the skills and experience to lead a team of product managers and deliver innovative solutions for our customers? If so, you might be the perfect fit for our Head Product for Supply Chain Finance & Working Capital role. As the Head Product, you will be responsible for the entire product management lifecycle for this area, from identifying customer needs and market opportunities, to developing and launching products, to enhancing and maintaining them. You will also define and execute the product strategy and risk control, ensuring alignment with the group's vision and goals. You will work closely with other stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, operations, and technology, to deliver products that create value for our customers and our business. Job Description Description: To succeed in this role, you will be accountable for:

• Owning the respective product P&L
• Developing the short- and medium-term product strategy across segment & sectors for the product environment for the required product set
• Driving the appropriate use of expert teams in developing plans that will ensure market growth and customer satisfaction.
• Defining product specifications, features, and functionality, and oversee the Product Development process from ideation to launch.
• Ensuring that processes, control requirements and risk management frameworks that have been designed for the area are understood by all members of the team.
• Collaboration and Relationship Building
• Maintaining high personal visibility with crucial influencers within the bank and externally promoting the credibility of self and the business’s growing capabilities.
• Talent management and Succession planning
• Allocating duties to team members to achieve operational targets including prioritisation and work schedules.

• A bachelor’s degree or a Postgrad qualification preferably
• 10 years or more experience in product management in the banking environment
• A solid understanding of the legislation and compliance requirements specific to the product
• Proven experience in strategic planning and management
