You will be responsible for monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements to meet evolving business needs. Additionally, you will document network configurations, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge transfer and ensure consistency in network management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and contribute to the success of our organization's network infrastructure.RequirementsDesign, configure, and deploy network infrastructure components including routers, switches, and access points.

Implement and maintain IP telephony systems, ensuring high-quality voice communication across the network.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement network solutions that meet business requirements.

Perform network security assessments and implement appropriate measures to safeguard against potential threats.

Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users as needed.

Document network configurations, processes, and procedures for future reference.

Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in network engineering.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent certification.

Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Network Engineer.

Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, access points, and IP telephony systems.

Strong understanding of routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP, including route redistribution and route summarization.

Experience with LAN switching methods, including but not limited to VLANs, trunking, and Layer 2 security features (e.g., port security, DHCP snooping).

Familiarity with network security solutions, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and VPN technologies.

Experience with network management and monitoring tools such as SNMP, NetFlow, and packet capture analysis.

Strong understanding of network design principles and best practices.
