Insight Investment is looking for a Head of CRM to join the Commercial team in London. As the business owner for the CRM application (Salesforce), the role holder will produce all internal reporting and research on behalf of Distribution including strategy, planning, governance, competitor and market intelligence. Role Responsibilities

  • Refine, promote and deliver our vision for Salesforce
  • Ensure key user groups have a voice in development, strategy and prioritisation
  • Develop and maintain a positive interface between business users and IT
  • Ensure IT teams are able to deliver the CRM requirements of the business
  • Drive forward the development of Salesforce and therefore, business benefit
  • Ensure it remains fit for purpose, at the forefront of what is possible and that enhancements are appropriately prioritised
  • Work with users to promote best practice in terms of Salesforce use
  • Act as a subject matter expert for user queries and deliver user training
  • Ensure Salesforce is focused on delivering business insights and a positive ROI
  • Analyse data and present business insights to senior leadership teams within Distribution
  • For ensuring Salesforce can meet the internal reporting the business needs
Experience Required
  • Understands our wider business strategy and how Salesforce can support it
  • Is a self-starter who takes ownership
  • Sets ambitious goals that focus on critical business outcomes
  • Challenges obstacles that impede delivery and searches for all solutions to a challenge
  • A creative problem solver
  • Highly numerate, articulate with a good feel for data structure and analysis
  • Highly collaborative with excellent relationship building skills

  • Able to explain complex concepts and present clearly
