Position: SaaS Implementation Business Analyst Direct Hire - FTE Location: Remote based in Ontario or Vancouver, Canada. 20% travel to US customers. Must-Have Qualifications: • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience • Experience in SaaS product implementation • Experience implementing enterprise-level software for external customers • Bachelor's DegreePlusses • Certifications (CBAP or CCBA) • Master's Degree • Background in infrastructure management, capital project planning, or government agency work • Knowledge of Railway Transit/Transportation/Construction industryDay-to-Day We are looking to hire a Senior Business Analyst to join our Professional Services Division. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work on prestigious projects and closely work with the customer, project managers, developers, quality engineers, trainers, and other core team members to execute projects effectively. Your business acumen, communication, documentation, and analytical skills will be critical to project success.Responsibilities Will Include:* Being one of the key liaisons between the customer and teams* Driving business requirement workshops with customers and document business processes* Mapping customer business process to products* Developing solutions to solve customer problems* Maintaining customer expectations on what's in-scope for the project and what's out of scope* Maintaining Requirements Traceability Matrix to ensure contracted scope is delivered* Working with customers and internal teams to develop and document system designs* Creating detailed functional specification documents and obtain sign off from customers* Translating the functional specifications to executable PBIs and work with Configuration teams to develop the solution* Demo system progress (Sprint Reviews) to the customer to validate configuration is on track* Driving user acceptance tests and enable user adoption by working with customers and end-users* Supporting UAT and Training* Adhering to delivery and project management methodologies* Helping identify and mitigate project risks* Facilitating change management in partnership with our customers* Travel up to 20% annually
