Property Manager

Hays is currently looking for a Property Manager for one of our clients. This client is an established family business that specializes in Commercial Real Estate. The candidate will join a young, dynamic and expanding environment.Salary:80,000$ to 95,000$ annuallyDuties and responsibilities:- Employee management:o Participates in the hiring process for maintenance staff, in collaboration with the Senior Property Manager.- Supplier management:o Obtains (directly or through participation) service contractso Approves and monitors supplier purchase orders, and ensures that work is performed up to standard.- Tenant management:o Deals professionally and diligently with all requests and complaints.o Maintains good relations through regular and proactive contact, in line with the company's mission and values.- Operations management:o Implements ad hoc work and projects, as determined by management.o Ensure compliance with schedules and deadlines with regard to planning and building management.o Identify and resolve common problems arising from tenants and other parties involved.o Informs management in real time of matters that need to be brought to their attention.o Completes monthly management reports, one per property per month, for verification by management. o Prepares and serves notices to tenants, in the normal course of day-to-day operations.o Ensures that maintenance of our buildings and systems is planned and carried out as agreed.o Makes himself available to respond to emergency calls when necessary. Financial management:o Participates in the preparation of annual operating and capital expenditure budgets
