Job DescriptionThe Field Service Team Leader is a working supervisor responsible for delivering a first-class field service to Rotork clients through the leadership of a team of Field Service Technicians.Reporting to the National Service Manager, this person will be working approximately 30% of the position requiring direct supervision/management, development and compliance of the Field Service Technicians. The balance of the time (~70%) will be fulfilling day to day field service responsibilities: install, commission, inspect, maintain and repair actuators and associated equipment in customer’s plant/site. The opportunity this role provides will be to work in end user’s plant primarily in the Water and Wastewater, Power Generation, Petrochemical, Offshore and Onshore Oil and Gas Industries, meeting the client’s site rules, regulations and working hours. Depending on business levels, it will be required to cover 24hr on-call response.QualificationsExperience Requirements:Technical knowledge acquired by a recognized electrical or mechanical engineering qualification/apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience in a field-based role.Willingness and ability to travel frequently, up to 75%; maintain a valid passport and ability to enter the United States.Maintain a valid Class 5/Class G driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.Able to work non-standard hours and shift work as required by our customers schedules and defined in customer contracts.When required, ability to perform work in remote locations.
