Corporate NQ -4 PQE – Cheltenham – Legal 100 Law Firm – Hybrid Working (2 days office, 3 days home) Location: Cheltenham Firm: Legal 100 Law Firm Working Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office, 3 days remote) Salary: £55,000 - £68,000 + Bonus Scheme About the Role An outstanding opportunity has emerged for a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a Legal 100-recognized Corporate team based in Cheltenham. Our client seeks a Corporate NQ-4 PQE Associate with a robust background in corporate matters to join this dynamic and rapidly expanding area. Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise and experience managing a varied caseload of corporate legal matters, including:
- Private company share and asset purchases
- Management buy-outs and buy-ins
- Shareholder and investment agreements
- Share schemes
- General corporate governance
- Company secretarial work
- Collaborate closely with equity directors and junior staff on various corporate matters.
- Handle transactions, negotiate, and advise clients on diverse issues such as share and asset disposals, management buy-outs, shareholders agreements, and various commercial contracts.
- Manage your own client portfolio with the support of directors and junior staff, and attract new clients through internal and external networking and marketing.
