Job Responsibility

  1. Pursue overdue debtors, constant follow-up on outstanding invoices and take proactive action.
  2. Ensure collections are promptly deposited in a timely manner.
  3. Prepare reminder emails/calls on overdue debts.
  4. Update debt status on a weekly basis.
  5. Perform monthly bank reconciliation.
  6. Maintain petty cash records and cash book data entry.
  7. Maintain accurate records of accounting entries and ensure that accounts are up-to-date at all times.
  8. Assist in month-end closing, including journals, account analysis, and review of accounts.
  9. Maintain fixed assets registers.
  10. Perform any other duties as assigned by HOD/Management.

Job Requirements

  1. Certificate in accounting, LCCI or its equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduate or candidate with at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
  3. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
  5. Pleasant and good interpersonal skills.
  6. Possesses strong analytical skills.
  7. Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications.
