Paraplanner - Hybrid

*Eventus Recruitment are seeking a career Paraplanner to join a successful IFA business based in Manchester City Centre. You will benefit from 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible working hours, relaxed working culture with a hybrid working model (1-2 days in office if desired), flexible work patterns and an excellent pension plan. * Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Make sure to read the full description below. *Role Responsibilities* The incoming Paraplanner will have previous experience and strong pension knowledge due to large volume of retirement planning work. Key tasks will include: * Accurately prepare suitability reports and letters to target deadlines. * Ensure all client work is compliant and supported with relevant paperwork. * Undertake comparative research in preparation of client recommendations. * Complete technical research as part of the existing arrangement review process. * Understand clients overall financial position from IFA fact finds. * Discuss client objectives with the relevant IFA, identifying and obtaining necessary client information to prepare the necessary suitability checks. * Ensure all client queries are appropriately investigated and accurate responses given. * Conduct annual reviews in line with SLAs. * Working closely with 2 advisers. * Providing support with preparation of new business reports and annual suitability review letters. *Person Specification* The successful Paraplanner will ideally have experience of intelligent office and FE analytics. You will also have: * Minimum Diploma Level 4 and ideally Chartered - or willingness to work towards Chartered – paid for by company. * Excellent pensions knowledge. * Experience of using a cashflow planning tool / software. * Comfortable working in a small team. *Benefits and Rewards* The incoming Paraplanner will benefit from working within a friendly and approachable team.
