Job Description

• No cold calling for leads. Just approach our ready and warm customers through Outbound Telesales, cross-selling to existing customers.
• Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services.
• A prepared script to immediately kickstart your communication to influence customers and define eligibility.
• Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service.
• Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others.
• Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns, or troubleshooting issues.
