Product Risk

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in product governance framework and product risk rating processes
• Keep abreast information on product such as features and product risk ratings
• Investigate complex asset transfer requests while working with front line teams
• Assist in reviewing, assessinga and approving asset transfer for clients
• Act as 1LOD and escalate issues from asset transfer requests to management or 2LOD
• Review product due diligence across asset classes and discretionary portfolio management before offering products to clients
• Liaise closely with front line, legal and compliance team on risk governance
• Participate in regulatory inquiries, intneral audits, compliance testing and projects related to risk and control and streamline processes on system enhancement

• Bachelor degree in related disciplines
• 5 - 8 years of related work experience in 1LOD within banking, ideally private banking or private wealth management
• Experience in reviewing asset transfer requests from angle of fraud, AML and anti-tax evasion
• Good product knowledge in equity, fixed income or OTC products
• Strong data analytical skills is preferred
• Knowledge in Bloomberg
• Excellent communication in English and Mandarin (is advantageous)
