About Our Client We are seeking a Senior Leader, Commercial for our client in Bahrain. Job Description

  1. Direct and oversee the team to achieve objectives and targets, ensuring effective management of marketing, property, leasing, customer service, and maintenance.
  2. Create and present annual plans and budgets, and establish policies and procedures to align with business goals and compliance standards.
  3. Explore and develop new opportunities and target potential customers and marketing strategies that can be implemented and targeted.
  4. Identify revenue-generating opportunities, and recommend optimal pricing strategies based on market conditions and revenue targets.
  5. Review and approve commercial documentation for compliance, oversee promotional events, and provide technical input for new development projects, ensuring project change management and adherence to control processes.
  6. Address and resolve issues promptly, ensuring all communication materials are branded correctly.
  7. Provide technical inputs necessary to screen new development projects.
  8. Ensure all communication material and press releases are branded according to the guidelines.
  9. Prepare monthly reports for each project to include detailed status of progress, cost, HSE, quality, and risk.
Qualifications
  1. Managerial experience in real estate, property management, and leasing, with a strong track record of success.
  2. Expertise in strategic planning, budget development, and revenue optimization, including identifying new revenue opportunities.
  3. Proven people leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams effectively to meet departmental goals.
  4. Proficiency in English is essential, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
