This role is pivotal in supporting our business strategy through effective internal and external communications with a compelling narrative that resonates with diverse audiences. Mission: Lead the internal and external communication for Global customer projects & Services Operations. Deliver high-value communication strategy and content to enhance awareness of GCP&SO strategic priorities and capabilities within Schneider Electric and the external market Belongs to GCP&SO extended leadership team. Reports directly into GCP&SO HR VP and functionally to GCP&SO Strategy and Transformation VP. Environment: GCP&SO organization bring together all project and services delivery capabilities of Energy Management, ensuring consistency and continuity of our setup along the entire engagement lifecycle of project to services. Our mandate encompasses a diverse portfolio covering all technology areas within Energy Management. This includes established segments such as Energies & Chemicals, Power & Grid, Cloud & Service Providers, as well as emerging electro-intensive areas like Semi-Con and Electric Vehicle Battery manufacturers. Scope: The communication manager is responsible for communication strategies towards GCP&SO hierarchical & functional scope:
- - Hierarchical: approx 2000 HC covering GCP Ops leading the large and complex projects, Proximity Application Centers in Digital Power, Secure Power & Multi-techno, Regional Services Operations and global support functions
- - Functional: approx 7000 HC covering Services Operations in Ops and Power Systems Application Centers.
- Define and deploy internal & external communication strategy supporting our business strategy to enhance awareness of GCP&SO strategic priorities and capabilities within Schneider Electric and the external market.Gain a deep understanding of our strategic objectives, business models, key priorities and translate them into impactful, clear and accessible communications that highlights our capabilities, innovation and key success both inside SE and in the external market.
- - Internally, ensure managers and employees understand to the business strategy and priorities, how to reach the ambition and how to contribute to it, driving a culture of dialogue and reinforcing people engagement. Checking the understanding with feedback loops and bottom-up communication.
- - Externally, produce high-value content and thought leadership to communicate on our capabilities and innovation
- - Measuring the communication actions impact with the aim to continuously improve their quality and efficiency.
- Language requirements Fluent English mandatory
