- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and developing tailored training plans to enhance team capabilities.
- Collaborate with upper management to develop and execute sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales,
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales success and achieve targets consistently.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels of an organization.
