You will write blogs, articles, and website copy that is well-researched and tailored to the finance and business sectors. The content must be entirely original and human-generated, with no use of AI tools for writing or paraphrasing. You will work closely with the SEO and marketing teams to ensure that your content drives traffic and supports our broader marketing goals. Roles and Responsibilities: > Write, edit, and proofread SEO-optimized content, including blogs, articles, and website copy, focused on finance, lending, and business topics. > Conduct research on relevant finance and business topics to ensure all content is accurate, informative, and original. > Collaborate with the SEO team to implement best practices in all content, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and meta descriptions. > Ensure all content is aligned with Biz2Credit’s brand voice and style guidelines while maintaining high standards of quality and originality. > Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and content marketing strategies, particularly within the finance and business sectors. > Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed, including email campaigns and social media content. > Ensuring that at least 2 articles are shared on a daily basis. Qualifications: > Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. > 1-3 years of experience in SEO content writing, particularly within the finance and business sectors. > Basic understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and content strategies that drive organic growth. > Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise, and error-free content. > Demonstrated ability to write original content without the use of AI-generated or AI-paraphrased material. > Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and basic SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush. > Strong research skills with the ability to simplify complex financial topics for a broad audience. > Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. > Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. > Experience in fintech or the lending industry. > Knowledge of American small business finance and lending practices. > A track record of producing content that drives traffic, engagement, and conversions.
