Manager - Operations (AMPS) - Al Mulla Group

• Handle administrative duties, control documents, process warranty claims, supervise and communicate procurement processes and details.
• Engage with suppliers, oversee order management such as organizing and managing shipments and delivery operations, take care of local vendor financials, support the financial side of projects, and assist Engineers.
• Enhance network development, implement compliance policies, contribute to marketing initiatives, and improve internal communication.
• Oversee and facilitate the company's everyday activities.
• Formulate and execute policies and practices for operational management.
• Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, machinery, and materials.
• Evaluate operational results regularly and propose enhancements.
• Adhere to all applicable laws and guidelines.
• Work in concert with various teams and partners to fulfill organizational objectives.

• Education Degree: Bachelor
• Major: Engineering, Administration, operations management, or related field

• Years of Experience: 5 - 7 Years
• Field of Experience: Operations and business management

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within their team and contribute to team success.
• Proficient at carrying out tasks autonomously and collaboratively within a team structure.
• Familiarity with financial analysis, budgeting, and risk management principles.
• Understanding business operations, specifically in commercial conventions and regulations in Kuwait, such as customs and ministry dealings and finance & controlling.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
• Understanding of Compliance Regulations related to anti bribery and corruption.
• An OEM technical experience is a bonus.
