Urgently hiring Data Analysis and Back-office Management Specialist (Telecom Domain) Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage daily back-office operations and process optimization.
  2. Implement and maintain efficient workflows and procedures to enhance productivity.
  3. Manage and support the implementation of new technologies and systems to streamline back office functions.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis and back office management or a similar role.
  3. Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  4. Strong understanding of back office processes and best practices.
  5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
