Responding to queries in a timely and professional manner in such a way as to enhance our reputation with its customers. Following up with insurance companies on the status of the policies. Communicatingtotheclientontheprogressoftheirpolicies & claims. Following up on payments and outstanding. Develop & maintain excellent relationships with both internal & external parties. Preparing report on pending enquires/quotes and coordinating with the team head. Requirements Minimum of 2 year s experience in motor underwriting Knowledge of relevant state laws on insurance, especially auto-insurance Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
