The Document Controller plays a crucial role in managing and controlling project documents within the construction environment. They ensure that all project documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored for easy retrieval. The Document Controller works closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient document control processes throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Document Management: Maintain an organized system for document storage and retrieval, ensuring that all project documents are accurately labeled, filed, and archived.Document Control Procedures: Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.Document Distribution: Facilitate the distribution of documents to relevant stakeholders, both internally and externally, ensuring timely delivery and receipt confirmation.Version Control: Manage document versions effectively to avoid errors and discrepancies, ensuring that the latest revisions are always accessible to authorized personnel.Quality Assurance: Perform regular quality checks on project documents to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Collaboration: Collaborate with project teams to gather, organize, and distribute project-related documents as needed, fostering effective communication and collaboration among team members.Training and Support: Provide training and support to project team members on document control procedures and software tools, ensuring that all users understand and adhere to established protocols.Audit and Compliance: Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation and demonstrating compliance with regulatory requirements and project specifications.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the document control function, implementing best practices and recommending system enhancements as needed.Requirements:Candidate must be experienced in Construction Company.Experience in construction is required.Bachelor's Degree is requiredImmediate joiners are preferred.Looking for UAE available candidates onlyJob Type: Full-time
