Good understanding upon the following design documents:Operation & Control PhilosophiesPFDsP&IDSet points and Alarm ListsCause & Effect chartsControl & Regulation LoopsPreparation of Instrument data sheetsPreparation of instrument indexPreparation of I/O listPreparation of cable scheduleInstrument typical and hook up drawingsField instrument Location layoutsI&C Cable Routing layoutsInternal Wiring Diagram and Instrument Loop DiagramOverall plot plans, and cable trench lay out from other disciplineProcurement activities for all components related to I&C jobs (Field Instruments, Cables, Junction Boxes and Instrument Installation Accessories)Instrumentation works according to Client and advance scheduling of instrumentation jobs before initiating work activities.Project management activities, monitoring, inspection and approval of construction work during erection stage.Pre-commissioning and commissioning:Conducting inspection with Client and ConsultantHot commissioning and start-upMeeting/coordination with Consultant/Owner to discuss technical issues, changes in specification, project progress, etc.Prepares submittals of documents/drawings to consultant/client for their review and approval as per project specifications and standards.Finalize document for as-built drawing and follow up on pending deliverables.Co-ordination with client, subcontractors, and/or suppliers.Co-ordinate with other discipline engineers to ensure completeness of the engineering works.Providing E&I support to site engineers on technical query issues.Reviewing and finalizing all daily reports, work schedules, requirements such as manpower and equipment on the job site activities.Weekly & Monthly progress meetings with Client & Contractor.Plant construction activities in charge - Slug Catcher and Inlet Facilities.Evaluation of plant technical problems related to instrumentation and control during construction.Responsible for conducting meetings with the main contractor to resolve project issues and calibration in charge.Skill setBachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years experience in the same role.
